You can book directly through our website or by calling/texting us at the number listed. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, but we do our best to accommodate urgent requests.

Do you offer emergency or same-day appointments?

Yes, we specialize in last-minute notarizations. Whether you're dealing with a medical emergency, jail visit, or urgent travel need, we’ll do our best to respond quickly. Additional fees may apply for same-day or after-hours service.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand things come up. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations with less than 4 hours’ notice..

What kind of ID do I need to present at the signing??

Colorado law requires all signers to present a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license, passport, military or state ID) at the time of notarization. ID's must be current - Passports OK if expired within the last 5 years.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and credit/debit cards. A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment, especially for mobile services

Can you provide witnesses?

Yes. Witnesses can be provided for your notarizations at a minimum of $25 each.

How Much Do Notary Services Cost?
